What we do

Fractal Bitcoin is the only Bitcoin scaling solution that uses the Bitcoin Core code itself to recursively scale to unlimited layers — a fractal.

Fractal is the first instance of a virtualization methodology applied to Bitcoin in the world. It extends the Bitcoin blockchain into a scalable computing system without breaking consistency with the Bitcoin main chain. This means that everything that can run on Bitcoin, can run on Fractal.

We are bringing both the web3 and web2 world on to Bitcoin, enabling use cases never-before-seen on the on top of the world’s most-secure and -held blockchain.

Fractal stays true to the core Bitcoin ethos — we are a team of contributors to the project, coming together to execute on this vision. UniSat and Block Space Force, the core contributors, have developed protocols and applications that have been used by millions of users around the world.

Fractal has just launched its mainnet on September 9, 2024. It is the #2 blockchain by hashrate in the crypto space, only after Bitcoin. We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing team member to join our pioneering team.

As Fractal aims to be the main scaling solution to ease Bitcoin congestion, getting to critical mass of adoption requires effective marketing and community-building to grow our efforts from the ground up.

We are looking for a team member who can truly lead and be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote Fractal Bitcoin's innovative scaling solution.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive awareness, adoption, and engagement for Fractal Bitcoin's scaling solution.
• Campaign Management: Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, content marketing, email marketing, and events.
• Community Building: Establish and grow a vibrant community around Fractal Bitcoin, engaging with users, developers, and stakeholders in the blockchain ecosystem.
• KOL & Media: Develop and maintain relationships with key influencers, media outlets, and industry partners to amplify Fractal Bitcoin's message.
• Data and Trends: Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, business development, and engineering, to align marketing efforts with overall company goals.
• Performance and Reporting: Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to the team.
• Team Leadership: Build and lead a marketing team to support the company's growth objectives.
